This hotel's location near the train station, convenience store, and bus stop is very convenient. the staff were warm and welcoming, and the coffee they brewed every morning was a nice touch. the tourist shuttle service was also very convenient, as it provided easy access to attractions.
The cleaning service was not up to par. I had to ask them to clean my room, but they did not thoroughly clean it - only changing the towels and cleaning the bin.

The hotel's location couldn't be better! Just a stone's throw from the train station and plenty of bus stops around. There's even a convenience store right around the corner. The staff were incredibly nice and always available to help, they even brewed great coffee each morning. The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
That the cleaning service was not up to par. We requested our room to be cleaned on the second day, but when we returned in the afternoon, it was still dirty.

We loved staying at this hotel for its prime location. It is situated near the train station and bus stops making it easy for us to explore the city. With a convenience store just around the corner, we had everything we needed during our stay. The staff here were super friendly and welcoming, and they even brewed us a cup of coffee each morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we had no complaints about the hotel facilities.

The location is convenient, staff are friendly and welcoming, near familymart, railway station, and bus stops with buses to different places in Tainan. Tourist shuttles available on weekends. Nice coffee brewed for guests each morning.

The hotel is strategically located and very convenient, with a convenience store close by. the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. the coffee provided in the lobby each morning was a great way to start the day. the air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, making it a comfortable stay, especially during hot weather.
The toilet and shower area in the room were not separated, so the whole area became wet after someone showered. cleaning was not done during our 7-night stay, which was disappointing.
